Sebring Door Locks Not Working

The doors will automatically lock upon shutting off the engine and get out of my 1998 chrysler sebring.

They will not reopen with or without a key. But the doors rem. If all of the door locks are inoperative start your diagnosis at the fuse box. Help would be appreciated.
